KITAM TULUM DOWNTOWN CONDO is a designed place for tourism and temporary
stay in the urban center of the Tropical Caribbean Haven of Tulum. The architectural style

with intelligent body scan system for an adapted treatment.

In the rooftop garden : a large deep pool, sundeck area, hammocks and lounge under the palm thatched roof shadow.
A BBQ with a stove can also serve as a second additional auxiliary kitchen for the guests.
