Afra Tulum is a group of residential houses whose design principles start from
conserving the largest number of existing trees on the land and making a comprehensive
management of wastewater to reinsert into the subsoil water system without any effect on the echo system.
From promoting the use of regional materials using local labor and the application of bioclimatic design
principles to create spaces with high comfort ranges, avoiding the excessive use of non-renewable energy.
The complex consist of five villas. Each including a parking space, guardhouse, garden and a pool.
With 57% of the green areas distributed between private and common area. E
ach villa is 3 three levels with high ceilings.
