A fenced plot with 2 unfinished buildings on light foundation slabs is for sale in the Pinosava settlement, below Avala.

The plot is composed of 2 ideally flat plots totaling slightly less than 20 ares (the part that is about 14 ares is divided 1/1 to 2 owners and the part that is about 3 ares and is used for the road is owned by 2 owners with a share of 1 /6 of the ideal part of the second lot located next to it).
Light foundation slabs (11m x 10m) were made on the plot with outlets for electricity, water, sewage, earthing, gas and another additional line through an external hose for other purposes (if desired).
On the slabs there are 2 buildings of 60 square meters each on two levels, which is a total of 120 square meters per building (6m x 10m) ~ 240 square meters in total.
The buildings are made of panel boards (quality 10ka) on metal structures.
At this stage, it can serve multiple purposes, so the buyer is left with an arbitrary choice of what he wants. Does he want a hangar for a warehouse, does he want a workshop, does he want a warehouse for agricultural products or does he want residential units... it's all up to the buyer.
Water is brought to the buildings, which is properly installed in 2 places on the plot (connected to external hoses and only connection in the building is needed). Electricity and gas are brought to the edge of the lot (by the municipality) and it is up to the buyer to decide how to connect to the network (it depends on the purpose of the building and the type of application to the competent services).
The plot has a very large assortment of fruit trees that are about 12 years old: slightly less than 30 plums (3 types), apricots, cherries, cherries, apples, hazelnuts, aronia, ....
The price is as much as was invested in the purchase of land and the construction of buildings, boards and infrastructure, so the price is fixed.
The buyer pays all the fees that are needed to transfer the payments (necessary contracts and others), water and other things.
