Blueberry plantation for sale of 12 ha divided into 3 farms with 29,000 plants of the Duke variety and 1000 plants of other varieties in testing: Chandler, Toro, Liberty, Spartan and Legacy. The total number of plants is 30,000 and they are in the 3rd, 4th and 5th year of cultivation. So far, it is equipped with all the equipment for watering and fertigation, which is computerized by the Netafim system. There are several auxiliary buildings on the plot that are used to store equipment and pesticides. Currently, there is machinery and tractors adapted to this type of production. The plantations are covered by video surveillance and satellite internet communication. Watering is done from two deep wells, namely the main well 250 mm deep 138 meters with a capacity of 11 l/sec and an auxiliary well 170 mm deep 108 meters with a capacity of 5 l/sec.
The location of the plantation is KO Varna, Šabac municipality. More precisely, it is 10 km away from the city. So far, it has an approach with two field roads that are paved (macadam) and 300 meters away from the asphalt road.
