The building is suitable for one family unit or for two family units as the construction design allows for 2 connected dwellings.

The property is located in Castilla La Mancha, in Alcázar de San Juan (Ciudad Real), 7 km from the town, which has a population of over 30,000 inhabitants, and all the transport, health, educational and entertainment services and facilities you need. In the town, there is a train station - with a main railway junction- and a regional hospital for 190,000 inhabitants, which has internationally-renowned specialties.

This country estate is surrounded by vineyards, olive trees, fields of cereal, orchards, almond and pistachio trees and grazing activity, in an environment of total tranquility. It is conveniently located 150km from Madrid and Albacete, 100 km from Toledo and Ciudad Real, and 200 km from Jaén. It is located on the A4 to Andalucía and connected to the CM-42 highway, which leads directly to the estate by the CM-3107.

The extension of the property is 37,000m2 (including the buildings and the 4,000m2 garden) and it is catalogued as rural land. The municipal reulations allow the construction of warehouses and villas in areas of land larger than 10,000m2, which gives the property many options for expansion and legalized construction.

In addition, although the property is classified as rural land, it currently has an 80% mortgage (which can be taken over), just like an urban property.

The project is designed for property efficiency and lower energy consumption. The buildings have a new roof, insulation panels and piping. Some rooms have double partition walls with insulation panels, the windows (tilt and turn windows with shutters and mosquito nets) and doors are white PVC with double glazing.

We have a 110 m2 front yard with a porch, barbecue, garden and pear tree. There is a 285m2 backyard with huge acacias that's prepared for an extension. Inside the first building, there are 3 rooms with restored wooden beams, about 11m2 each, a 9m2 kitchen prepared for extension to about 20m2, and a 3.5m2 bathroom prepared to extend to about 15m2 in order to be able to accommodate 2 sinks, 2 showers and 2 toilets.
