We will be saling our beloved farm in swedish Lapland this summer/autum. Viewings of the property will be from June till September, not before nor after.
The farm has several outbuildings, a cute guest house, sauna and three other constructions that could be use for storage, wood shed, workshop, etc.
The land size is 3 hectares.
Tere is as well a big barn but unfortunally in a derelic state, hence the price.
The main house needs upgrading and cosmetics. The heating is done by a wood burner, wich it is ubicated in the cellar, and the radiators are water based.
It has three bedrooms, a good size kitchen, big living room, a toilet downsters, a shower/toilet upsters and a big cellar, in total about 290sq meters.
The farm sits in a beautiful little hamlet surrounded by lakes, woods and wild life. The peace and quite is absolute. Here you can experience the midnight son and the auroras borealis.
The near village with all the services, school, hospital, farmacy, supermarkets, busses, gas stationsons is 24 km away. There is not public transport so a vehicule is necessary.
In case of having childrens the council provides with a taxi service for free that will pick up them up and will bring them back home from school. Books and lunches are free as well.
There is plenty of activities outdoors during summer and during winter as well dispite it could be very cold you just need to wear the right clothes.
