We are selling our hilltop property in Coxen Hole. The location is perfect for cruise ship traffic, Mayan Eden Animal Park and Zipline are just down the road, and ALL of the buses turn right at our front door!
The property consists of a quaint 1 bed 1 bath unit below an open-air restaurant/ bar. We have done extensive renovations both upstairs and downstairs.
Downstairs we remodeled the bathroom, bedroom, and living area, new electrical throughout. We have put in glass sliding doors that lead onto the new deck so that one can take full advantage of the views that look over the valley and out to the Port of Roatan.
