Luxurious View Apartment in Zakopane (Kościelisko)

A luxurious apartment with a view of Mt. Giewont, fully furnished to a high standard, is located on the high ground floor of a small, 6-apartment building in the picturesque Kościelisko, Poland from which you can walk to the center of the resort, i.e. Zakopane, located in the beautiful Tatra Mountains which is only 1.5 hours from Krakow.

The building was put into use in 2012, and our apartment, purchased during the development phase, was fully finished and equipped to a high standard in November 2013 and renovated again in 2024. The walls of the home are finished with natural granite stone and wooden logs with an accent of LED lighting. The entire apartment is illuminated with light from copper chandeliers and lamps.

Breathtaking views of Giewont accompany you in the master bedroom, living room, dining room and both large balconies. You can enjoy a romantic candlelight dinner next to a wood burning fireplace made of real stone. You can enjoy the wonderful view while relaxing on a leather sofa or a comfortable armchair.

The apartment includes two independent, large balconies facing the entire mountain range with the prominent Giewont mountain.

The apartment consists of a hall, finished with natural stone, with a built-in wardrobe, an open kitchen fully equipped with custom-made kitchen furniture with LED counter lighting, a large fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, an induction hob, and a multifunctional microwave/oven. The walls in the kitchen are completely covered with granite stone and wooden paneling.

The apartment has a large bathroom with wand and rain shower, washer/dryer, designer sink and stone tiled counter, large medicine and towel cabinets.

The walls of the Dining Room and Living Room are made of natural stone and log wood. Both areas have high standard hardwood furniture, a display case, 6 dining chairs, arm chair, coffee tables, an Italian leather sofa/bed, a flat screen TV, a satellite socket, a copper/crystal chandelier, floor lamps, curtains/blinds, wood-burning stone fireplace with fireplace accessories, original oil painting, wooden clock, granite and carved wood-covered radiator and carved beams. From the living room there is an exit to a large balcony with a view of Giewont and the Tatra Mountains.

The bedroom is large with a walk-in wardrobe, built-in log shelves on both walls, curtains/blinds, a queen-size bed, a chest of drawers and nightstand, a shelf with LED lighting, a copper/crystal chandelier, a granite-topped radiator and carved wood, and carved beams. The floor is wooden. The bedroom also has access to another large balcony with a view of Giewont and the Tatra Mountains.

The property is fenced with an electronic gate with a remote control, and 1 assigned parking space..

Very close to the house there are many grocery stores, including Leviatan (5 minutes walk), the Post Office and restaurants (3 minute walk). Ski lifts (20 minute walk), plenty of hiking trails, national parks, mountain streams, rivers, lakes, an outdoor thermal pool and a water park are within easy reach. In this beautiful mountain area of Poland, apart from living, there are also many things/activities to do and see.

The monthly rent is PLN 676, including all utilitiies (heating, hot and cold water consumption, electricity, snow/leaf removal and lawn care, garbage collection, administrative costs and renovation fund). It is possible to connect to the Internet and Satellite Television.
