The Island of Evia
Evia is located in the east of the central mainland in Greece. The island is connected with the rest of the country, by the sea via Glyfa or Akitsa, and via the high bridge of Chalkida and the old bridge of Evripos. Thus, although Euboea is an island, access to it is not solely dependent on weather conditions at the airport or the marine environment.

KECHRIES
Kechries is a village located a short distance from Limni, Evia. The village is built close to the provincial road Chalkida-Edipsos, at an altitude of 155 meters, on the top of a hill and this gives it the advantage of being bright, overlooking the beautiful surrounding area.
The town is a calm and safe place, with kind and joyful people living in it.
The land is fertile and its inhabitants are mainly engaged in agriculture and livestock farming. In Kechries you will find many fresh, delicious, local products.
