Sale of 100 Mw Solar project Sri Lanka
This opportunity is to purchase a license for a 100MW solar project, what is unique about this is that all relevant government approvals are already obtained and the PPA (Power Purchasing Agreement) is set to be signed in November. Once completed the license can be transferred to the new owner (Investor).
An Investor can initiate installation at the site no sooner the agreement signs and formalities are followed. Please note that once the process is initiated to obtain a solar licensee it generally takes around 2 – 3 years to complete local authority approvals which in this case all approvals are already obtained, and projects can be initiated almost immediately.
The license will be sold at USD 20MIL for the right investor who has capacity to handle this project and who has a sound profile with similar projects handled
