Solid villa with nice plot of land and great views situated in the outskirts of a small town 20 km away from Vratsa, Bulgaria. The property has good access as it is situated next to a public road. The villa is part of a small villa zone of several houses situated just outside the boundaries of the town. The real estate is located on a small hill which is well sunlit during the whole day. The building also has a small attic level which provides access to the space under the roof and can be used as storage. The plot of land is situated mostly at the back and to the side of the villa. The property has two fresh water wells which are used both in the household and as source of irrigation for the garden. The owners have turned the yard into a small orchard full of various fruit trees which are in very good shape and give fruits. Sofia is about two, two and a half hours away by car of train from here. Vratsa and Montana are between twenty and thirty minutes away depending on the traffic.
