The site is located at an altitude of 950 meters above sea level, in the municipality of Shavnik, in the small village of Mokro, through which the federal highway Niksic - Pljevlja passes. The regional center of Shavnik is 8 km away, the second largest city of Montenegro Niksic is 37 km away. To the coast it is about 2 hours by car. In a 10-minute drive there is a small ski area with a lift, and only 32 km away is a large ski resort "Savin kuk" in the town of Zabljak.
Ecologically clean area allows you to engage in agriculture, both animal husbandry and the cultivation of fruit trees. Now several fruit trees are growing on the site - an apple tree, a plum tree.
