In Hungary, in the idyllic village of Szijartohaza, directly on the Slovenian-Hungarian border, a property of 1,788 m2 with the following facilities is for sale: a one-storey residential building (71.35 m 2 ) with a garage (15 m 2 ), an agricultural building (98 m 2 ) and agricultural arable land (970 m 2 ). The farm building consists of two outbuildings (39 + 59 m 2 ). The size of the plot itself, which is fully fenced, is 829 m2.
The buildings on this property were built in 1963. The village of Szijartohaza is 5 km away from the Dolga vas - Redics border crossing and boasts the name European Village. It consists of houses whose architecture preserves the typical landscape elements of the natural and cultural heritage of the Hungarian countryside, and at the same time it is a great place to spend holidays and free time in any season. The village is currently home to about 30 villagers, so you can conclude that there is peace here. 
In the immediate vicinity you have the opportunity to spend your time quite actively; there are many cycling trails, an adrenaline park, walking trails… or you can relax and gather new strength. In the surroundings (Hungary and Slovenia) there are many thermal baths (Moravske toplice, Lendavske toplice, Lenti, Heviz…).  To Lake Balaton ("Hungarian Sea") is only 75 km or. hour of driving.

Bought the house in 2020 for €17.000 with the plan of renovating it, however I had to leave Hungary during the pandemic and have now decided to sell it for personal reasons.
