There is a walkway to one side that leads to a mezzanine sleeping area above the kitchen, which can accommodate a double berth. There is also a single berth underneath the entry mezzanine area.
Steps lead down to the main living area which is light, airy and spacious. There is incredible headroom, and even a domed skylight to add further light. Towards the back of this area is the kitchen, with ample work surface and storage.
Past the kitchen is a hallway with space for a washing machine, and the shower room and toilet. Along from this is a good sized double bedroom with storage and even a hidden sunken bath.
Externally, as well as the decked area at the front, there is the option to create a roof terrace if desired. Poundland was over plated up to the waterline with 6mm steel in 2022, and was also painted.
